Blair Waldorf Seeks Revenge....


In a black YSL stunner and a pair of Louboutin heels, Blair Cornelia Waldorf officially reclaimed her throne, offing Serena, via the pages of December GQ. Gotta hand it to her, no one, not even S, can upstage Miss Blair.
